Reindeer Math Activities

Reindeer Math Activities

Well we have been working hard in class these last few weeks reading, working on Singapore Math, and practicing our Daily 5 centers.  Two of my little kiddos who are really strong in math were done pretty quickly with our classworkโ€ฆsoโ€ฆI pulled them over to my desk and gave them my Radical Reindeer Mathematician Unit.  They LOVED these Reindeer Math Problems & Activities and boy did it keep them ENGAGED!!!!

I was so excited that they were having so much fun with it.  When they finished, one of them said to me, “Mrs. DiGilioโ€ฆcan you make more of these reindeer math activities?  It was fun!”  So I told him sure and he was on his way ๐Ÿ™‚ Here they are!

Other than my reindeer math problem activities, I have been in the midst of creating other fun holiday resources. I am so excited because tomorrow I am going to use my Penguin Math Centers with my whole class. I decided that we will do a center rotation of all math activities tomorrow so the children will practice the skills that we have been working on in class and they will have fun at the same time ๐Ÿ™‚  Can’t wait!  All I did was laminate all of the pieces, copy my recording sheets and I am ready to rock!!  Woohoo!!! Check out my Penguin Math Stations below!

Last but not least, one of my favorite resources that I use in my Guided Math Stations is my Snow Much Fun Place Value Resource and my Penguin Math Centers.  My kiddos just ADORE them and they are having so much fun with them during our Math Station Rotations!

Below are a few pics of my Snow Much Fun Place Value Stationsโ€ฆ.

Thenโ€ฆ.it’s holiday break!!!!  So excited I can’t take it.  I want to wake up late and drink my coffee leisurely in the morningโ€ฆ.ahhhhh.  So excited ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Hey Anna!

I just wanted to tell you that your blog looks great. AND I have thinking about you because I saw your "Merry Measure" unit in our teacher workroom coming out of the color printer. I thought it was so cool…kinda like I knew ya from the TpT forums. So, anyways good luck and you are being followed in Michigan. ๐Ÿ™‚
