St Patrick’s Day Holiday Activities in the classroom

St-Patricks-Day-Cover

I am truly in awe when I browse around at the different Teaching Blogs that are on the internet.  It amazes me how many talented and creative teachers that we have educating our young children today and I feel lucky to be a tiny little part of the world of teaching and learning.

Here is my cutie patootie St. Patrick’s Day Unit 🙂  I cannot wait to share one of my favorite books called Clever Tom and the Leprechaun with my little kiddos, make our fun little leprechaun, do some cause and effect writing and maybe if we have some time we will create our Shamrock of Character Traits.

And then we will be doing 3 different math centers as well.  We will do Pot o’ Gold Domino Sums, Leprechaun Loot, and “Dublin Fun” with doubles facts.  I just can’t wait!!
