Craftivity F.U.N :)

Well…my kiddos had such a good time today πŸ™‚  I decided that today we would work on time order words to summarize a story.  So I broke out my trusty Marc Brown Arthur books!  I love that the characters are engaging and funny.  I love to hear my little ones giggle when D.W. does something funny!  It really is cute.  So I read Arthur’s Teacher Trouble today and my kids loved it.  BUT THEN….I showed them this….

And they were SOLD!  They were soooooooo excited to make Arthur…….got them riiiiiiight where I wanted them πŸ™‚  LOL  We we read the story, brainstormed the most important parts, used our time order words and got to work.
Then I had a BIT of a brilliant idea….
Wanna know my brilliant idea….
Yep…I copied Arthur’s glasses onto transparencies and we had transparent glasses.  They turned out soooo cute!  Check out some of my little ones’ work below….

It was a really fun day and the kids had a great time making Arthur πŸ™‚
If you are interested in making Arthur with your class, check it out in my TPT store!  Click the image below to get there….

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you were able to have some fun today, too!  πŸ™‚
